How do I place an order with your company?
Orders cannot be submitted through the website. If you would like to place an order please reach out to us by email or phone. Our customer service team is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and will be happy to assist you.
Where are your products manufactured?
Marine Town products are currently manufactured in production facilities based in Asia.
Where will my order ship from?
Most of the items detailed in the Marine Town catalog are available for shipment from our US warehouse located in Crystal River, Florida. Non-stock products requiring a minimum order quantity and additional time for new production may ship direct from the manufacturing facility of origin upon request when necessary.
How will my order be shipped?
Shipping options vary by customer preference as well as order size. We offer collect or prepaid and billed shipment via UPS, collect shipment via FedEx or prepaid and billed shipment via USPS Priority Flat Rate. Orders exceeding 150 lbs are shipped collect via your preferred LTL carrier. Orders shipping direct from our production facilities are generally shipped through DHL.
Do I have to set up an account to purchase?
One-time purchases can be accommodated. An account is only required if you intend to place regular orders with us. New customer paperwork and all pertinent account details are provided by our customer service staff upon request.
What payment options do you accept?
Prepayment via check or credit card is required for all one-time purchases. For established customer accounts and ongoing purchases, all orders are subject to credit approval. With approved credit, Net 30 payment terms can be offered, and payments can be made via check, ACH, wire transfer, or credit card. Marine Town reserves the right to adjust payment terms on net accounts to prepayment should the account become delinquent on a persistent basis.
Do you have minimum order quantity requirements?
No minimum order quantity is required for products that are stocked in our US warehouse regularly. Non-stock, customized, and built-to-order products, which are marked in the catalog and on our website, will require additional time for production/shipment and a minimum order quantity which is quoted upon request.
